What the hell is online coaching? 

This is you without Aadam.

You’re starting out but there’s all this conflicting information, obstacles, and things of that nature leaving you confused, frustrated, and anxious.

This is you with Aadam. 

People waste an inordinate amount of time trying to work things out for themselves. Having an experienced coach will fast track your results.


Ok, you’ve piqued my interest, what do I get when I sign up?

✅ Custom training program and on-going guidance

No two bodies are the same, so why should a training program be any different? You receive programs designed specifically for your needs, experience, schedule, likes/dislikes, and injury history.

This ensures you’re performing exercises that you enjoy (no bullshit burpees here) and that are safe for you to perform to optimise your results.

Every exercise in your program comes linked with instructional exercise videos with a detailed walkthrough of how to perform them with the correct form.

Simply pop out your phone, click the name of the exercise in your program and you’ll have instructions on how to perform the exercise so you get results while minimising injury.

This means you stay safe, maximise progress, and feel confident you know what you’re doing when you show up at the gym.

✅ A tailored nutrition plan and on-going guidance

You get clear, concise directions on how many calories you should be eating; how much protein; how much fat; and how many carbs.

All of this is done with your dietary preferences, likes, and dislikes taken into consideration. So no matter if you enjoy eating a high-carb diet, a low-carb diet, keto, paleo, vegan, whatevz–I gotchu.

No more confusion and fiddling around with online calculators that give you conflicting numbers. You’re provided with a dietary plan that allows you to eat the foods you enjoy and fits with your lifestyle.

Once you sign-up, over 10 weeks, you receive an email from me every week with one key lesson on changing your body and achieving your goals. At the end of each lesson, there’s a small task for you to complete.

Instead of me throwing a bunch of information at you all at once, these weekly lessons will streamline everything so you have a clear idea of what you should be doing, when you should be doing it, and why you should be doing it.

Think of these emails like your personal assistant whose goal is to help guide you through the first few weeks of the coaching when things can be confusing and overwhelming.

This also includes my coaching guides which have never (and will never) be published anywhere else.

Marketing people will usually tell you that communities increase your chances of succeeding. And they probably do. But I think that shit sounds stupid so I won’t say it.

Instead, I will say that this is the only place on the web where you have unfiltered, direct access to me.

I’m in the group answering questions and you’ll also have support from people on the same journey as you. People who are going through the same struggles as you, and understand what you’re going through. You no longer need to feel like you’re having to do this all alone.

Is online coaching for you?

I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and their lives. But coaching isn’t magic.

I don’t want you to read this and think that just by paying me some money you’ll automatically get results.

You might not.

Yep, I said it. And it’s not something a lot of coaches talk about.

While changing your body, health, and fitness is not complicated–it’s not easy either.

You’ll have bad days. Days where you’re frustrated. Days where you might want to quit.

You will need to work hard.

You will need to make some small sacrifices. You will need to give up some of the bad habits that aren’t serving you in becoming the person you want.

If this is something you’re not willing to do right now, that’s cool–don’t apply.

If you’re not really serious about changing your body––don’t bother applying

I’m here to help you as much as possible but I’m not here to babysit. If you’re not willing to do the work, no amount of coaching is going to help.

If you’re someone who’s always looking for ‘motivation’ instead of getting off your ass and doing something–online coaching isn’t for you.

If you think this one of those 3-weeks-to-ripped sorta things: coaching isn’t for you.  

If you have any serious health concerns: don’t apply. Not that I wouldn’t love to work with you, I would. But, I’m not a doctor and I’d rather you work with someone who has the right experience and qualifications to help you as safely as possible (I’m happy to offer suggestions, so hit me up). 

If you’re not into looking good naked, having more energy, building better habits, and generally just becoming an even awesomer human: don’t apply. 

Who I Work With

  • Men and women aged between 25-60.  
  • Have experience with lifting weights: you don’t have to be a super-advanced lifter but you need to be able to perform the basics with good form. This whole getting you sexy thing is done online. And for it to work I need the client to have a good base from which we can build on otherwise it isn’t going to work out.
  • Must be willing to track macros and calories: This is the most effective way to get results. Eventually you can learn how to stop tracking but at the start, this is a must. As I’ve said before: calorie tracking is like training wheels for your nutrition.
  • Natural: I have no issues with people wanting to take steroids, that’s your choice, but I only work with naturals.
  • No major injuries or illnesses: I’m not a doctor, therapist, or injury specialist. I specialise in helping healthy individuals look better naked through losing fat and building muscle.
