So you’ve been in the gym for a while now. Everything is progressing beautifully, you’re adding a few lbs to your bench, or performing a few more reps from session to session.
You’re getting stronger, and couldn’t be happier.
Then one day, something happens.
Your bench, that was so quickly progressing has come to a sudden halt. You shrug it off the first time, and attribute it to an ‘off day’.
But the same thing happens at your next bench session, and the one after that.
Now you’re worried.
But before you book an appointment with your Doc’ because you think there’s something wrong with you.

There’s only so much you can progress with your strength before hitting a plateau. It happens to everyone.
